If you’re a parent of 12 – 15 year old, who wants to improve their fitness skills, Brimhams’ Junior memberships at the Hydro are perfect choice for teenagers.
The gym sessions are designed to help teens feel more confident, boost energy levels and improve sport-related performance.
The membership allows unlimited access to the fitness facility when accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 and over. We also run a 45 minute supervised session with one of our Brimhams Fitness instructors Monday to Friday 4.30pm until 5.15pm and Saturday and Sunday noon until 12.45pm.
Swimming is included in the Brimhams Junior membership (please check our swimming timetable for details of swim sessions).
Every junior membership requires an induction. During the induction the instructor will create a personal training programme based on physical ability, capability and gym experience; this will be reviewed regularly like any other membership.
Come along and meet our friendly Brimhams team at the Hydro, Jenny Field Drive, Harrogate, HG1 2RP
