Destination Harrogate is delighted to announce that “Destination Christmas” is back, bigger and better for 2022.
Harrogate Christmas Fayre: 2nd – 11th December 2022
The traditional Christmas marketwill take place in the town centre and will offer an eclectic mix of enticing stalls to complement Harrogate’s independent retailers, restaurants, bars and boutique stores.
Candy Cane Express: 2nd – 11th December 2022
The FREE Christmas road train experience is also back for 2022, to transport festive revellers around Harrogate town centre while the market is on, with the Candy Cane Express co-funded by Harrogate BID.

A traditional Christmas Market taking place on the first weekend of December in the historic North Yorkshire market town of Knaresborough. With nearly 70 stalls & food stands, live festive entertainment, a free park and ride, a stunning Christmas Tree Festival and a spectacular firework finale over Knaresborough’s famous viaduct (best viewed from the grounds of the town’s historic castle), this is the perfect way to mark the start of the festive season.

We have a full line of Live Entertainment happening throughout the day – including Military Pipe & Drums, Traditional Christmas Choirs, Acoustic Singers, Bands and Dancing.
We also have Father Christmas who will be handing out presents and listening to Christmas wishes.

Ripon Community House are holding their first Christmas Fair!
Stalls will include, handmade Jewellery, Christmas Cakes, Handbags, Small gifts, Paintings, Cards, Jams & Chutneys and lots more.
We will also have a Refreshments area, Cake and a Tombola!
50p Entrance fee – Children are free
All proceeds will go towards the upkeep of Ripon Community House and future projects.
