October half term at Beningbrough – match, measure and make
Saturday 28 October – Sunday 5 November 2023

Pick up the new family trail, just for the school holidays, to help you make the most of the season. Match the colours you find as you explore, measure the biggest and smallest leaf you can find and make some origami.

Head to the wilderness play area as part of your day out, test out your climbing skills on the two sizes of clamber stack. Two slides are on offer to suit all ages, with a climbing wall and rope bridge to the big one. There are several swings to choose from, the cantilever bucket seat is large enough to hold a few friends. If you prefer making your own adventure, try the den zone and get building.

Coats and wellies might be needed, and dirty knees and hands might be made, alongside the memories of an autumn adventure together.

Free entry for National Trust and RHS members and under-fives.

Open 10am – 5pm on 28 & 29 October, then 10am – 3.30pm from 30 October.
