Labour and before the birth:

🤰Tens machine – put it on early enough to get the benefit.
🤰Snacks – energy drinks, cereal bars
For the birth:
😣Lip balm and moisturiser
😣Head band
😣Hand held fan
😣Easy on and off pyjamas
😣Tens machine – absolute god send!
For after the birth:
🤱Easy on slippers
🤱Front opening pyjamas
🤱Lots of pairs of comfy pyjamas
🤱Large, dark coloured pants
🤱Lots and lots of maternity pads
“However many pads you think you’ll need, double it! You can get through a whole pack when your waters break so pack loads of them!”
🤱A little travel size wash bag – shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, tooth brush etc
🤱Dry hair shampoo!
🤱A massive Towel and flannel
🤱Comfy maternity bra
🤱Snacks for the middle of the night
For the Baby:
👶Vests in New born and 0-1month

👶Musilins
👶Some nappies and wipes – not loads because you can always buy more!
👶Hats for the baby
👶Blankets
